That’s not a typo. We’ve been working with a client in the midst of M&A activity, who had to deal with a massive influx of content.
During the project we created a searchable metadata index of over 300M documents spread across multiple repositories and technologies, and delivered the IM tools to the client on one server.
At the same time, another client was embarking on building their own search system, crawling content and creating an index. The resultant solution required 30+ servers!
