Flare reviewed the proposed strategy and the technologies that were to be deployed both at the client’s offices in the UK and in the Middle East, at its partners and the engineering, procurement and supply company. Flare provided insight to the proposed software portfolio that had recently changed due to a merger of the software vendors, as well as the related document management system.
