Folio integrates with common industry document stores, including Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText LiveLink, as well as standard network file shares, enabling all documents to be searched in a single, rapid query, without the need for documents to be moved or duplicated.
Integrations are also available with physical records management platforms such as eSearch, enabling a one-stop view of all physical and digital documents within the organisation. This is invaluable for physical archives rationalisation projects, as enrichment of archive listings using relationships held within the Flare Taxonomies enables more accurate prioritisation of digitisation activities by document value, decommissioning timelines, or other organisation objectives.
Folio can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise, and is powered by the Flare Taxonomies, the largest hand-curated energy industry knowledge graph in the world, providing deep insight into the relationships between industry topics, documents, acronyms and abbreviations.
