AutoCat™

AutoCat™ is an automated information cataloguing tool that is designed to examine a series of documents, analyse their contents, and then classify them and generate metadata according to pre-defined business rules. By using AutoCat™ it is possible to dramatically reduce the time and effort required to examine and attribute large volumes of documents (reports, maps, etc) in accordance with Flare’s E&P taxonomy as used in the E&P Catalog™

EPCat-Loader™

EPCat-Loader™ is a support application for the Flare E&P Catalog™, used to simplify and automate the generation of catalog entries for bulk volumes of pre-existing documents and other information items. It is intended to be used by support staff responsible for populating E&P Catalog™ installations with legacy content. EPCat-Loader™ has been specifically designed to dramatically reduce the time and effort required to attribute and load large volumes of documents (reports, maps, etc) into Flare’s E&P Catalog™.

EPCat-Vet™

EPCat-Vet™ is a support application for the Flare E&P Catalog™. It is designed to be used by information managers responsible for supporting E&P Catalog™ installations who need to verify catalog entries for completeness and correctness and to ensure consistency between multiple installations. Using EPCat-Vet™ it is possible to identify and fix missing metadata in a single E&P Catalog™, reconcile content differences between multiple catalog instances, check the integrity of bulk-loaded information before it is committed to the catalog and automatically generate missing attributes when necessary.

EPCat-Wellfile™

EPCat-Wellfile™ has been developed to provide E&P professionals with an effective common access mechanism for publishing and retrieving well-related documents, data and knowledge. In common with other Flare E&P solutions, EPCat-Wellfile™ is based on the award-winning E&P Catalog™ platform and has been specifically designed to accommodate the hundreds of E&P information product types typically found in a wellfile.

Flare Ontology

The Flare Ontology provides the most robust, comprehensive knowledge map of the E&P business available today. The Ontology is comprised of thousands of valid values, relationships, synonyms and aliases to help E&P professionals tag, catalogue, publish and ultimately find their E&P information assets.
